Selection of Technical Experts for the Assessment of EUROSTARS Project Applications
In order to implement the Eurostars Joint Programme for the benefit of R&D performing SMEs, the EUROSTARS Secretariat, issued a call for applications on a continuous basis, with one or more cut-off dates each year (referred to as “the Eurostars call for applications”) from 2007 to 2013, and appoints technical experts to assist with assessment of applications.
Assessment includes formulating comments and recommendations on the applications, completing one Eurostars expert assessment form (referred to as “the Expert Report”) per application and submitting the Expert Report(s) to the ESE by using the EUROSTARS Expert web platform, the Expert Report and Eurostars expert assessment guidelines provided by the ESE.Interested candidates may apply at any time from 2007 till 2013.
The assessment shall be carried out at home or place of work. The expert is entitled to a financial compensation of € 250 per Expert Report submitted within the time-limit referred to in the agreement.
