Consortium Agreement
Based on the regulations of the Research Promotion Foundation, all Organisations participating in a Consortium of an RPF funded project, should sign a Consortium Agreement. A Consorium Agreement is a document that defines the internal regulations for the cooperation of the Consortium.
The Consortium Agreement should be signed by all partners of the Consortium and submitted to the RPF within three months from the Contract signing date. With the exception of the Hosting Organisation, no other organisation can receive funding unless they have agreed and signed the Consortium Agreement.
The RPF has prepared a model Consortium Agreement, in an effort to reduce bureaucratic procedures and help participating organisations. The Consortium can proceed in modifying the document in line with their specific needs or use another similar document.
