The application for sponsorship must be submitted using the designated submission form, available here, and must be submitted in PDF format, together with the required annexes, to the following email address: <a href=\"mailto:sponsorship@research.org.cy\">sponsorship@research.org.cy<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Annexes \u2013 Documents to be submitted with the application:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iris.research.org.cy\/file\/public\/932f4525-c6ac-ef11-81a9-005056ab00f0\">Declaration of Single Undertaking<\/a> (for private sector entities)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/iris.research.org.cy\/file\/public\/d9e169ff-a335-ed11-8177-005056ba9cc4\">Proof of registration of beneficial owners in the relevant national registry (for private legal entities)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>National competitions must take place during the implementation period for which the application is submitted.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants are invited to submit their applications in Greek or English, using the relevant submission form, which must not exceed two (2) pages in length.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Completion of Activity<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon completion of participation in the International Competition, the organizing entity must submit a brief Report of Activities to the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) no later than one (1) month after the event. The report must include proof of the students\u2019 participation in the international competition, description of their participation in the competition and provide the final ranking of the team (where applicable).<\/p>\n<p>The report should be submitted electronically to <a href=\"mailto:sponsorship@research.org.cy\">sponsorship@research.org.cy<\/a> \u00a0using the specific of RIF\u2019s Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It must be ensured that the role of the Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) is adequately promoted through the display and communication of participation in the International Competition, both before the competition, during participation, and after its completion (e.g., acknowledgment of funding and RIF logos in press releases, social media posts, team shirts, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>During the awards ceremony of the National Competition, the support of RIF for the participation of the winners in the International Competition must be
