aims to support companies for introducing innovative products in the local and international market and enhancing the innovation potential of Cypriot enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>The main ways in which EEN-Cy contributes to the above objectives are the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raising awareness of entrepreneurs and other stakeholders about innovation policies, legislation and available support programs.<\/li>\n<li>Providing mediation services for the transfer of technology and knowledge and for the development of partnerships between key stakeholders in innovation issues.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthening the capacity of SMEs to innovate.<\/li>\n<li>Linking with other innovation services (including the Intellectual Property Rights patenting process).<\/li>\n<li>Assistance in the exploitation and dissemination of research results.<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing skills and developing tools for managing innovation through dedicated tools and support to take full advantage of the innovation activities implemented under the Program.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In particular, services provided include the following:<\/li>\n<li>Assessing the business&#8217;s innovation management needs.<\/li>\n<li>Finding appropriate coaches from various EU databases.<\/li>\n<li>Mediation and facilitation of the provision of specialized coaching services by experts in specific fields identified by the company in cooperation with the consultants of EEN Cy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The provision of coaching services is a contractual obligation of these companies and the selection of experts is obligatory before the signing of the Contract for the implementation of the Project under this Program.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<section
