{"id":14047,"date":"2022-04-18T12:03:25","date_gmt":"2022-04-18T09:03:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.research.org.cy\/?p=14047"},"modified":"2022-07-15T11:15:16","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T08:15:16","slug":"announcement-of-new-call-for-proposals-research-bootcamps-april-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.research.org.cy\/en\/announcement-of-new-call-for-proposals-research-bootcamps-april-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement of New Call For Proposals Research Bootcamps, April 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) launches the \u201cResearch Bootcamps\u201d Call for Proposals within the Programme \u201cNurturing an RTDI Culture\u201d of the\u201d RESTART 2016-2020\u201d Programmes for Research, Technological Development and Innovation (RTDI) and invites all interested parties to submit proposals. Through the Call, the RIF invites Research Organisations to design and implement summer training programmes for upper secondary school students (Lyceyms \/ Technical Schools).<\/p>\n<p>The total budget of the Call is \u20ac20.000 and the RIF funding is \u20ac2.500 per programme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBJECTIVES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Call aims at nurturing a Research and Innovation (R&amp;I) Culture while at the same time contributing to the development of skills of the future by students following their participation in training activities relating to the research process. In the framework of the Call, summer training bootcamps will be organized in all cities of Cyprus, creating opportunities for students to interact with research in a real research environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BENEFICIARIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals for the \u00abResearch Bootcamps\u00bb Calls may be submitted by Research Organisations, as defined in the \u00abRESTART 2016-2020\u00bb Work Programme. The organisations are required to have completed their registration on the IRIS Portal (Category A) and must be established and active in territories under the control of the Republic of Cyprus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROPOSAL SUBMISSION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proposals are submitted via email at <a href=\"mailto:resbootcamps@research.org.cy\">resbootcamps@research.org.cy<\/a> in a PDF format, by the 16<sup>th<\/sup> of May 2022.
