{"id":17889,"date":"2022-12-19T21:11:30","date_gmt":"2022-12-19T19:11:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.research.org.cy\/?p=17889"},"modified":"2023-01-19T15:01:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-19T13:01:36","slug":"new-call-for-proposals-of-the-research-infrastructures-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.research.org.cy\/en\/new-call-for-proposals-of-the-research-infrastructures-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"New Call for Proposals of the \u00abResearch Infrastructures \u00bb Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the New Calls for Proposals &#8220;Strategic Research Infrastructures &#8221; (STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURES\/1222) and &#8220;Small Scale Research Infrastructures&#8221; (SMALL SCALE INFRASTRUCTURES\/1222) under the \u201cResearch Infrastructures\u201d Programme.<\/p>\n<p>The budget of the STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURES\/1222 call is \u20ac12,500,000, with a minimum funding of \u20ac1,500,000 and a maximum funding of \u20ac2,500,000 per project.<\/p>\n<p>The budget of the SMALL SCALE INFRASTRUCTURES\/1222 call is \u20ac5,000,000, with a minimum funding of \u20ac500,000 and a maximum funding of \u20ac700,000 per project.<\/p>\n<p>Proposals have to be submitted through the <a href=\"https:\/\/iris.research.org.cy\/#!\/\">IRIS portal<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The deadlines of the Calls have been set as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>SMALL SCALE INFRASTRUCTURES\/1222 \u2013 31 March 2023<\/li>\n<li>STRATEGIC INFRASTRUCTURES\/1222 \u2013 4 April 2023<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Call &#8220;<strong>Strategic Research Infrastructures<\/strong>&#8221; concerns the funding of projects aimed at creating new large-scale research infrastructures that will be used for the implementation of a research project by the Consortium. The new research infrastructures will implement high-level cutting-edge research and the proposed projects will focus on subjects that fall under selected thematic priorities, which are listed below.<\/p>\n<p>The proposals submitted should fall under one of the following Thematic Priorities.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health<\/li>\n<li>Environment (incl. Renewable Energy Sources and advanced materials).<\/li>\n<li>Shipping \u2013 Marine Transportation<\/li>\n<li>Agriculture \u2013 Food<\/li>\n<li>Information and Communication Technologies (incl. space technologies)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Call &#8220;<strong>Small Scale Research Infrastructures<\/strong>&#8221;
