{"id":18293,"date":"2023-01-20T13:27:34","date_gmt":"2023-01-20T11:27:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.research.org.cy\/?p=18293"},"modified":"2023-01-20T13:33:02","modified_gmt":"2023-01-20T11:33:02","slug":"european-research-showcase-28-29-april-september-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.research.org.cy\/en\/european-research-showcase-28-29-april-september-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROPEAN RESEARCH SHOWCASE  28 \u2013 29 April &#038; September 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The RIF wishes to inform researchers about the possibility to join the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.co.uk\/e\/european-research-showcase-registration-to-participate-tickets-478098554647\"><strong>European Research Showcase<\/strong><\/a>, which will take place on 28-29 April 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The event provides the opportunity to researchers working in industry and academia, at any professional level and in any discipline, to highlight their work in an engaging and creative way in a social media-based engagement event, in a broad audience of viewers across <em>TikTok<\/em>, <em>Instagram<\/em> and <em>Twitter<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>To take part, researchers can do any and all of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create a 2-minute video that tells their research story in an engaging &amp; creative way<\/li>\n<li>Participate in a livestreamed interview or discussion panel about their work<\/li>\n<li>Submit a short profile about them &amp; their work, which the organisers will help to turn into a social media graphic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Researchers participating to the European Research Showcase will be provided with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An invitation to \u201c<em>Lights, Camera, Action!<\/em>\u201d a 2-hour online training session focused on video content creation for research on 16th February 2023.
