The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces three (3) new Calls for Proposals of the \u00abEuropean Partnerships \u2013 Key Digital Technologies\u00bb (EP\/KDT-CHIPS-IA\/0324, EP\/KDT-CHIPS-IA-FT\/0324, EP\/KDT-CHIPS-RIA\/0324).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Call budget is \u20ac2.000.000 and the maximum funding per Project is \u20ac500.000 (for participants from Cyprus).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The \u00abEuropean Partnerships \u2013 Key Digital Technologies\u00bb Programme supports the participation of local organisations in transnational experimental development and industrial research projects of the Key Digital Technologies (KDT) European Partnership \/ Chips Joint Undertaking (JU). KDT\/Chips JU aims to reinforce the EU\u2019s strategic autonomy in the electronic components and systems sector. More specifically, through the funded projects KDT\/Chips JU Partnership aims to ensure that the EU has the necessary expertise in key enabling technologies to be a competitive leader of the world\u2019s digital economy. This includes developing advanced semiconductors and applications that are critical to European society and contribute to the EU digital strategy and the European Green Deal.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The Proposal is submitted electronically by the Transnational Project Coordinator through the EU\u2019s funding and tenders portal for the Horizon Europe Programme. Local organisations participating in transnational proposals, apart from the submission of the transnational proposal, should also submit a proposal to the RIF, through the IRIS Portal. The evaluation of the proposals is performed centrally by the EC.<\/p>\n

The deadlines for Transnational Proposal Submission are the following:<\/p>\n

Project Outline<\/strong> (PO) Phase: 14 May 2024, 17:00 Brussels Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full Project Proposal<\/strong> (FPP) Phase: 17 September 2024, 17:00 Brussels Time<\/strong><\/p>\n

The deadline for Proposal Submission to the RIF is the 21st<\/sup> May 2024, 13:00 Local Time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Entities eligible to participate in this Programme Enterprises, Research Organisations and Other Organisations.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In order to support interested parties and to provide information about the national funding rules and conditions for participation, RIF, will organise an informative Webinar, on Friday 5 April 2024<\/u>, time 11:00-12:00<\/u> (local time). Interested parties should register here<\/a>. Participants may submit any enquiries in advance, during their registration.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
