Experts Database \u2013 Special invitation to the Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Research and Innovation Foundation would like to remind that the European Commission encourages the registration to its <strong>Experts<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong> Database<\/strong>, which is used for the evaluation of proposals submitted in Programmes, such as Horizon Europe, the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2021-2027, but also in other occassions requiring consulting and expert opinion, such as evaluation of Programmes and policies.<\/p>\n<p>Interested persons are invited to read the <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/docs\/2021-2027\/experts\/call-for-expression-of-interest_en.pdf\">Call for Expression of Interest for Experts<\/a>, that remains open to the public and <strong>register via <\/strong><strong>the<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/funding-tenders\/opportunities\/portal\/screen\/work-as-an-expert\"><strong>EU Funding &amp; Tenders Portal<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Already registered experts <\/strong>are encouraged to<strong> update their personal profile <\/strong>through the field \u00abMy Expert Area\u00bb in their personal account, as updating increases the chances of being selected in upcoming Calls for Proposals.<\/p>\n<p>Experts from the <strong>Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH)<\/strong> are particularly encouraged to register, as there is increasing need for their expertise. A particular need has emerged for the registration of experts coming from the Social Sciences and Humanities and being able to contribute to the evaluation of projects in the fields of <strong>climate, energy and mobility<\/strong> and the social dimensions of research and innovation in these areas, in the frame of the Calls of <a href=\"https:\/\/eur06.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fresearch-and-innovation.ec.europa.eu%2Ffunding%2Ffunding-opportunities%2Ffunding-programmes-and-open-calls%2Fhorizon-europe%2Fcluster-5-climate-energy-and-mobility_en&amp;data=05%7C02%7Ckkarakasidou%40research.org.cy%7Cba0f16dd0a064a0f601108dcd70b5d9d%7C9288f3de15d245a8bec99473fb4a7e09%7C0%7C0%7C638621691094624871%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=xD3pTAVfDvBIYhyg46Ddn8POGNtOvM4zFcIkjKbK4YQ%3D&amp;reserved=0\"><strong>Cluster<\/strong><strong> 5<\/strong><\/a> \u201cClimate, Energy, Mobility\u201d.
