Announcement of Evaluation Results for the «PRE-SEED/0824» Call of the «CREATION AND INITIAL DEVELOPMENT OF STARTUPs WITH INTERNATIONAL ORIENTATION» Programme
The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the evaluation results for proposals submitted for the «PRE-SEED/0824» Call for proposals of the «Creation and Initial Development of Startups with International Orientation» Programme.
The «PRE-SEED/0824» call was announced on the 1st of August 2024 and the deadline for submission of proposals was on the 15th of November 2024. The results have been announced through the IRIS portal and are available here.
According to the RESTART 2016-2020 Work Programme, Proposals submitted in this Programme are evaluated in two Stages. In the First Evaluation Stage, RIF followed a preliminary evaluation and remote evaluation process by two (2) Independent Evaluators.
The proposals proceeding to Phase II Evaluation, according to the Special Provisions of the Call, were: (i) the first five (5) ranked Proposals according to their Final Evaluation Score, starting with the highest scoring proposal (in descending order) with Women Project Coordinators, and (ii) the rest proposals ranked according to their Final Evaluation Score, starting with the highest scoring proposal (in descending order), until the aggregated requested funding of the Proposals equals to the double of the available Call budget, and provided that the Proposals are deemed eligible for qualifying to Stage B (score at least 12.00/15.00). The proposals that qualified to Phase II of the Evaluation were evaluated by an Independent Evaluation Committee, comprising experts with entrepreneurial background.
