Completion of the Consultation on RIF’s Rules for Participation and Acknowledgements to Participants

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) warmly thanks all entities that participated in the consultation on the new Rules for Participation in its funding Programmes.

The consultation, which was announced on 21 January 2026 and completed on 18 March 2026, attracted significant interest from the research and business community. In total, 18 responses were submitted by the following entities, whom the RIF wishes to thank:

RIF has already initiated the process of reviewing and evaluating all comments and suggestions submitted. In this context, consultation with the competent state authorities will follow, with the aim of further improving and finalising the draft Rules.

The new regulatory framework is expected to be implemented through the RIF’s new grants management portal, which is scheduled to be launched in 2027.

RIF expresses its appreciation for the contribution of all participants and remains committed to shaping a modern, effective and transparent regulatory framework that responds to the needs of country’s research and innovation ecosystem.
