Internship Opportunities for Students – Research & Innovation Internships Program 2026

The RIF announces the launch of a new online platform created for the R&I Internships Program and the available internship opportunities for students through the Research & Innovation Internships Program 2026.

Through the program, Research and Innovation companies in Cyprus can hire a student for a 6-week internship between June 1 and September 30, 2026. The €1,400 salary is funded by RIF.

Students can be hired by Research and Innovation Companies in Cyprus for a 6-week internship between June 2 – September 30, 2026, with a stipend of €1,400 funded by RIF. Undergraduate or graduate students, regardless of their year of study, from Cyprus or abroad, are eligible to participate in the program. |

So far, 88 companies have been approved and have created profiles and job postings on the platform. Interested students should create a profile on the platform and contact the companies regarding the internship positions that interest them, submitting a resume and a certificate of enrollment.

The selection of students by the companies will be completed by May 27, 2026.
