NEW CALL FOR PROPOSALS OF THE «PRIMA» PROGRAMME (P2P/PRIMA/0326)

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the new call for proposals for the “PRIMA” programme.

The PRIMA programme aims to face common challenges of the Mediterranean region such as climate change, food security, water scarcity and unsustainable agrifood systems.

The thematic areas (Section 2) are the following:

  1. Thematic Area 1-Water Management in the Nexus:

Topic 2.1.1-2026 (RIA) Leveraging Ecosystem Functions and Enhancing Water Allocation for the Protection and Restoration of Non-Perennial Watercourses in the Mediterranean

  1. Thematic Area 2-Farming systems in the Nexus:

Topic 2.2.1-2026 (RIA) Novel remote and non-invasive ICT monitoring and control systems against disease and pest infestation

  1. Thematic Area 3-Food value chain in the Nexus:

Topic 2.3.1-2026 (RIA) Empowering Mediterranean Food Value Chains through Context-Aware Digital Traceability

 

The total budget is €310.000, and the maximum funding per project is €155.000.

The deadline for submission of the Transnational Proposal is the 15th of May, 15.00 (Barcelona time).

The deadline for submission of the Proposal to IRIS is the 22nd of May 13.00 (local time).

Organisations eligible to participate in this programme include Research Organisations, Enterprises and Other Organisations.
