Announcement of Evaluation Results for CONCEPT/0525 Call of the “Proof of Concept for Technology / Know-how Applications” Programme

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the evaluation results of proposals submitted for the CONCEPT/0525 Call of the “Proof of Concept for Technology / Know-how Applications” Programme, which is part of the RESTART 2016-2020 Programmes for Research, Technological Development and Innovation. The evaluation procedure was completed within four (4) months from the Call deadline.

Specifically, the Call was announced on 26 May 2025, with a submission deadline of 1 August 2025. The evaluation results have been announced to the Beneficiaries and are available here.

Proposals were evaluated through remote scientific evaluation by two (2) Independent Evaluators, in accordance with the provisions of the Call. Funding decisions were made based on priority ranking, specifically by selecting the highest-scoring eligible proposals with an Enterprise as the Host Organisation until 50% of the total budget was covered, and subsequently selecting the remaining eligible proposals in order of ranking until the total budget was exhausted.
