New Call for Proposals of the «European Partnerships – SBEP» (EP/SBEP/0324)

The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) announces the 2nd call for proposals for the “European Partnerships – SBEP» (EP/SBEP/0324).

The call budget €1.300.000, and the maximum funding per project is €250.000.

The deadline for submission of the Transnational Proposal is the 10th of April, 15.00 (CET).

The deadline for submission of the Proposal to IRIS is the 17th of April 13.00 (local time).

The Sustainable Blue Economy Partnership represents an unprecedent effort of 60 Partner institutions from 26 countries and the European Commission to pool research and innovation investments and align national programmes at pan-European scale. SBEP’s vision is to give the transformation towards a climate-neutral, sustainable, productive and competitive blue economy a boost by 2030, creating and supporting the conditions for a healthy ocean for the people by 2050.

The present Call will be co-financed by the Republic of Cyprus and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), in the frame of the Operational Programme «ΘΑλΕΙΑ» 2021-2027 under Priority 1: «Competitive, Smart and Digital Economy» and the Specific Objective (1i): “Developing and enhancing research and innovation capacities and the uptake of advanced technologies”.

Entities eligible to participate in this programme include Research Organisations, Enterprises and Other Public or Private Sector Organisations
