Announcement of New Call For Proposals Research Bootcamps, April 2022
The Research and Innovation Foundation (RIF) launches the “Research Bootcamps” Call for Proposals within the Programme “Nurturing an RTDI Culture” of the” RESTART 2016-2020” Programmes for Research, Technological Development and Innovation (RTDI) and invites all interested parties to submit proposals. Through the Call, the RIF invites Research Organisations to design and implement summer training programmes for upper secondary school students (Lyceyms / Technical Schools).
The total budget of the Call is €20.000 and the RIF funding is €2.500 per programme.
OBJECTIVES
The Call aims at nurturing a Research and Innovation (R&I) Culture while at the same time contributing to the development of skills of the future by students following their participation in training activities relating to the research process. In the framework of the Call, summer training bootcamps will be organized in all cities of Cyprus, creating opportunities for students to interact with research in a real research environment.
BENEFICIARIES
Proposals for the «Research Bootcamps» Calls may be submitted by Research Organisations, as defined in the «RESTART 2016-2020» Work Programme. The organisations are required to have completed their registration on the IRIS Portal (Category A) and must be established and active in territories under the control of the Republic of Cyprus.
PROPOSAL SUBMISSION
Proposals are submitted via email at [email protected] in a PDF format, by the 16th of May 2022. Applicants are requested to submit proposal in English using the relevant application form template, which should not exceed five (5) pages.
